The pharmacy was purchased under new ownership of Loomrose Pharmacy but needed a complete refresh. The internal property was going against new legislation and wasn’t hygienic. There were issues with incorrect product mixes which didn’t comply with Loomrose’s ethics; especially as customers experienced lack of confidence in what they were purchasing.
Loomrose briefed us on a European design that was clean, modern and would provide a desirable place for the local residents’ pharmaceutical requirements. Sublime Group focused on space management to reduce the dispensary by 25%. This made it easier to manage stock on an ongoing basis and provided more space on the shop floor, as well as maximising profitability. We also supported with regulatory requirements for key points such as disabled access. The work completed has increased productivity, morale and most importantly, profitability.
